Chest Press
      1 set of 5 reps = 65lbs
      2 sets of 8 reps = 60lbs
      1 set of 9 reps = 60lbs

Shoulders
      2 sets of 8 reps = 45lbs
      1 set of 7 reps = 45lbs

Biceps
     3 sets of 6 reps = 35lbs

Triceps
    3 sets of 6 reps = 35lbs
